Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan is an autonomous body under the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, established in year 1963. Today the Sangathan has 981 Kendriya Vidyalaya spread all over India & aboard through 18 Regional Offices.
Chief Aim of the Kendriya Vidyalayas is to provide uniform quality to the children of Transferable Central Government Employees.
